Occasionally, parents give to their children's demands for snacks just to encourage them to eat something, but it is important that children start eating healthy foods from an early age to develop a healthy in a comprehensive way. So instead of serving snacks, you can make children wait eagerly to the idea of lunch, fun and fabulous lunch following.

Sandwiches
Sandwiches will prove a healthy lunch for children. Start cooking with whole grain bread, or even crackers. Depending on your baby like jam and cream cheese, make a sandwich using these ingredients. You can also add fresh vegetables or even a few boiled eggs with bread for lunch.
Chicken Salad or Salad Sandwich
Mashed hard-boiled egg, ½ teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon of
Fruit Yogurt
You may encourage children to eat vegetables and fruits by providing them served with fresh yogurt, which is much healthier than other sauces or ketchup.
Avocado
Start with half the mashed avocado with pieces of small size. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread the butter evenly on 2 slices of sourdough bread. Allow children to immerse the vegetables and even toast or crackers in this mixture.

Vegetable pasta

Pancakes are good lunch ideas for toddlers. If your kid likes pastry, add grated or even apple pear. Or if your baby likes salt crackers, add cheese and beans.
